Zeta In-line Filling Machine Gallery - click an image to view The ZETA in-line filler uses high accuracy flow metering to control the amount of liquid dosed to each container.
Depending on the type of product filled, either a conductivity or a mass flow meter can be used to achieve the correct result.
The containers are indexed under the filling heads as a group; then filled and exited in the same manner. The machine can be supplied with up to 8 heads in-line.
All liquid contact parts are in 316 grade stainless steel construction with much of the other machine parts also in stainless steel.
