Dico can provide the answer to your needs whether integrated sorting, feeding and assembling of complex shapes (caps or otherwise), or pick and place up to 450 containers per minute.

Dico can utilise standard components or design and build equipment specifically to customers requirements for particular applications. We can feed and apply a variety of different shaped components even into modified atmosphere applications such as Nitrogen environments for food products.

We can utilise a range of unscrambling systems to supply components to our advanced placement devices; now including the latest in high speed ‘pick and place’ robots.

Twin Turret

Dico twin turret machines apply all types of press-on caps, jaycaps, flip tops, sprinkler caps, securitainers, aerosols and inserts to containers at speeds up to 300 cpm.

The containers are fed by conveyor into a continuously rotating turret which automatically presents each container into the correct position to receive the closure from a corresponding chuck. The closures are fed from the sorting system to the chucks by a positive cap transfer turret ensuring reliability and accurate positioning. Head elevation enables this machine to cap a wide range of containers with quick and simple size change operation.

A unique advantage of the machine is its minimal space requirement which is unmatched by other capping machines with comparable outputs.
